Abarth 595 & Abarth 695 in Chippenham Wiltshire
Born for the thrill of the drive, the Abarth 595 and 695 put Italian racing heritage in your hands. Powered by a 1.4 T-Jet engine, the 595 kicks out 165hp/220Nm while the 695 kicks out 180hp/250Nm of torque with a 0-62mph time of 6.7 seconds. Koni Rear Suspension with FSD Technology keeps you glued to the road, with 695 models boasting the Dual Mode Record Monza exhaust and uprated brakes. You can also get the 595C and 695C, convertible versions with the same mechanical setup.
595 trims include 595, 595 Turismo, and F595. All versions get a 7” Uconnect touchscreen and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. 595 Turismo adds black leather seats, 3D navigation, Beats Hi-Fi, and Xenon headlights. F595 gets a matte black dash, Koni front suspension, and the Record Monza Active exhaust. 695 trims include 695, 695 Turismo, 695 Competizione, and the 695 Tributo 131 Rally. The 695 Turismo has an electric sunroof, an Alcantara dashboard, and diamond leather seats. Competizione has a Mechanical Limited Slip differential and the top-spec Fabric Abarth Racing Seats by Sabelt with Carbon Fibre.
Pocket rockets don’t come better. The Abarth 595 rides on slick 17” alloy wheels with a striking sports styling kit with dual exhaust pipes (quad pipes from 695). The 695 Tributo 131 Rally has a unique body kit with a manually adjustable aero spoiler.
With 165hp or 180hp, front wheel drive, Koni suspension and a crisp five-speed manual gearbox, the 595/695 is built to be driven hard. The 695 adds Brembo brakes, more power, and the Record Monza Exhaust with four tailpipes.
The Abarth’s 50-50 split-folding rear seats give you 550-litres of boot space folded down, or you can keep them up for 185-litres (enough for a few large shopping bags). 595 Turismo adds automatic climate control and navigation.
Living with It
Despite ferocious performance, the Abarth 595 and 695 are comfortable daily drivers with lots of creature comforts like rear parking sensors, a 7” touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and headlight rain and dusk sensors.
