Off-road and on, the Jeep Wrangler delivers with unstoppable 4x4 performance. Power comes from a new 2.0L GME T4 petrol engine with 272hp and 400Nm of torque, with a Rock-Trac 4x4 system in Rubicon models, a Command-Trac 4x4 system in Overland and Sahara models and an eight-speed automatic gearbox. Best of all, you can specify a 2-door or 4-door model, and all versions have Adaptive Cruise Control, while Overland models add Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross Path Detection.
The Wrangler is packed with features that make life easier, like an 8.4” Uconnect touchscreen, a ParkView rear camera and the Safety Pack as standard, yet it’s trail-rated to go anywhere. Overland models boast passive keyless entry, leather upholstery, heated front seats and 17” polished alloys. Rubicon tops the range with an Exclusive Rock-Trac 4x4 System and Off Road+ mode, TRU-LOK front and rear electronic locking differentials and a black Freedom Top 3-Piece modular hard top roof.
Built like a tank and refined for the road, the Wrangler pairs iconic looks with smart design features like a fold-down windscreen, a Sky One-Touch Power Top roof and the option of 2 or 4-doors. It’s built to conquer the trail but fits in anywhere.
The 2.0L GME T4 petrol engine is a beast, featuring start & stop technology and kicking out 400Nm of torque with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 4x4 system ensures grip everywhere, with locking differentials and a low gear ratio.
You can specify a 4-door with a long wheelbase or a 2-door with a compact wheelbase. The 2-door has a 192-litre boot or 587-litres with the rear seats folded, while the 4-door model has a 533-litre boot or 1,044-litres with the rear seats folded.
Living with it
With a 7” TFT driver’s display and an 8.4” Uconnect touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, the Wrangler keeps you connected and in control. Despite its rugged credentials, it’s comfy and easy to drive, with heated seats in Overland and Rubicon guise.
